The website spiriitsreserve-co.com is operated by Abdelhamid Ben Yahia, a sole proprietor trading as Spirits Reserve in Québec, Canada.

1. Scope and purchases

These terms govern use of the website. Purchases are also governed by the Terms of Sale, Shipping Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy presented before ordering.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Using this website does not constitute consent to optional advertising activities.

2. Permitted use

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information needed to process your orders. You must not impersonate another person, access an account without authorisation, interfere with website security, distribute malicious software or infringe another person's rights.

If customer accounts are available, keep your login details confidential and report suspected unauthorised access. This does not remove our legal responsibilities for security.

3. Content, products and links

Website text and images are protected by the rights of their respective owners. You may view the website and retain information needed for your purchases. Other uses must respect applicable intellectual property rights.

We aim to describe products accurately. Differences in screen display do not release us from the obligation to supply products that match their descriptions. We correct known errors without retroactively changing rights arising from an existing order.

4. Availability and responsibility

Changes apply prospectively. The terms accepted for a purchase continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is lawfully agreed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
